Controller and notice status
CS MEDYA TICARET VE YAZILIM A.S, operating CS Digital Games in Türkiye, is the controller for its website, support correspondence and Slime Match online guest records. Contact: support@csmediadigital.com.
Pre-release information: the full service address, production backend provider and country have not yet been supplied. They must be completed and the production processing arrangements reviewed before the online service is publicly released. Country information is not presented as a complete postal address.
Collection, purposes and legal bases
Information is collected electronically when you visit the site, email support, choose to create an online profile or play an online match. Website request information is used for delivery and security. Support messages are used to answer your request and handle rights. Guest-profile data, friend relationships, scores and move records are used to provide the online competition you request.
For the described activities, the relevant bases to assess under Article 5 of Law No. 6698 are contract performance for requested online features, compliance with legal obligations for rights requests, establishment or defence of rights for a specific dispute, and legitimate interests for proportionate service security where your fundamental rights do not override them. Any activity requiring explicit consent needs a separate, specific choice. Merely reading this notice is not consent.
Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare receives technical website requests for hosting and security. The support mail provider processes correspondence. Other players can see public profile and competition information. Google’s advertising and consent services process information as described in the game notice. Information may also be provided to competent authorities where legally required.
Providers can process data outside Türkiye. Production provider locations and the applicable Article 9 transfer mechanism must be assessed and documented before release. This notice does not assert that a standard contract, adequacy decision or other transfer safeguard is already in place merely because a provider has a privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about its use and recipients, seek correction, and request erasure or destruction where the statutory conditions apply. You may also ask for relevant corrections or erasure to be communicated to recipients, object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
Making a request
Use Data & account deletion or email support@csmediadigital.com to initiate a request and receive instructions for any legally required identity verification and submission method. Do not initially send passwords, tokens or identity-document copies. Valid statutory requests must be addressed promptly and within 30 days under Article 13. The remedies and complaint rights provided by the Law remain available.
Retention and related policies
The game notice explains the active development database, immediate account deletion, 24-hour retry receipt and separate device storage. Website and support handling is described in the website privacy policy. Final production retention, backup and legal-hold schedules require confirmation; this notice does not create a general permission for indefinite retention.
