Our names, logos, illustrations, software and other content belong to us or are used under licence. Visiting the website does not give you ownership of them or permission to resell, redistribute or present our work as your own. Rights you have under applicable law, for example to quote, remain unaffected.
Games, apps and purchases
A project marked "In development" is not yet an offer of a product you can download. When a product becomes available, its own terms, age rating, privacy notice and the rules of the store apply. This website does not sell anything and does not process payments.
Liability
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but development previews are not a promise of final features or availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
