When you visit the website
The website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies of its own, no analytics and no advertising (see Cookies). Its pages, pictures and scripts are served from the website itself.
Our hosting and network provider Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the pages and protects the website. For every request, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the address of the page, the time, your browser and device type and the referring page, and it may receive automatic connection-error reports from your browser (Network Error Logging). This is necessary to show you the website and to keep it secure, for example against attacks. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with other data. Cloudflare keeps its logs for the short periods described in its privacy policy.

When you write to us
If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address, your name if you give it, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to handle your request, including privacy requests. Our e-mail provider processes these messages for us.
- Legal basis: taking the steps you asked for and our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(c) and (f) Law No. 6698), and our legal obligations when you make a privacy request (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(ç) Law No. 6698).
- How long: normally up to 2 years after our last exchange; longer only while it is needed for a legal claim or because a law requires it.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or copies of identity documents.
Who receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, network and security; United States and its global network).
- Google (Google Workspace), the provider of our e-mail service.
- Authorities, courts or advisers when the law requires it or to defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising, so the website needs no opt-out; it would honour a Global Privacy Control signal.
Transfers outside your country
Cloudflare and our e-mail provider may process data outside Türkiye and outside the EEA, for example in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where the recipient is certified, or on standard contractual clauses. For transfers from Türkiye we apply Article 9 of Law No. 6698; details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to your personal data, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to our use of it, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK; a list of authorities for other regions is in the game's Privacy Policy).
