Pre-contract Information and Distance Sales Contract (Türkiye)

This text has been prepared for buyers in Türkiye under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and the Regulation on Subscription Contracts. Before your first purchase, the game shows the product, the price and the delivery and withdrawal information (for the subscription, the renewal information) in a short window and asks for your confirmation; you can keep or print the full text on this page.

A. Pre-contract information form

2. Main characteristics of the products

The products purchased are virtual items used in the Jelly Tap Match game. They have no cash value, cannot be used outside the game and cannot be transferred (Terms of Service, section 5). No product contains a random reward. Powers: Undo, Lightning, Shuffle, Magnet.

Unlimited-lives time keeps running while the game is closed.

3. Price and payment

The total price of each product, including all taxes, is shown in Turkish lira in the game and on the payment screen of the store (Google Play or App Store) immediately before you confirm the purchase. Payment is made with the payment method registered to your store account. When you confirm the order, you are under an obligation to pay. For the Jelly Club, payment repeats every month until you cancel.

4. Delivery and technical conditions

• The product is added to the game as soon as the store confirms the payment; there is no separate delivery.
• Required: an Android device with Google Play (Android 7.0 or later) or an iPhone or iPad with the iOS version shown on the App Store, and an internet connection during the purchase.
• Technical protection measure: the game verifies the store signature of each purchase and keeps the purchase records on the device.
• Important: products are stored on your device. The game has no cloud save; uninstalling the game or deleting its data (in the game, Settings → My Account → Delete game data on this device) also deletes delivered products. A Jelly Club membership is restored from the store with Restore purchases.

5. Right of withdrawal

• Coin packs, packs and unlimited lives: as they are services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, there is no right of withdrawal (Regulation on Distance Contracts Art. 15(1)(ğ)).
• Jelly Club: with your approval, the subscription starts immediately, before the withdrawal period ends (Art. 15(1)(h)). You can end the subscription at any time without giving a reason (Section C).

6. Defective performance

If a product you paid for is not added to the game or is defective, first try the Restore purchases button, then write to us with the order number. You can use your elective rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (re-performance, refund of the price, etc.). The burden of proving that a product delivered in electronic form is free of defects lies with us.

7. Complaints and disputes

You can send your complaints to support@csmediadigital.com. Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of your place of residence or of the place where the transaction was made, and, for disputes above these limits, after the mediation process required by law, to the Consumer Court. Applications can also be made through the e-Government Gateway via the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).

B. Distance sales contract

1. Parties: the seller is CS MEDYA TICARET VE YAZILIM ANONIM SIRKETI, whose details are given above; the buyer is the person who makes a purchase with a Google Play or Apple account.
2. Subject: the sale of the virtual product that the buyer chooses in the game and pays for through Google Play or the App Store. The characteristics and total price of the product are those shown at the time of purchase.
3. Formation: the contract is formed when the buyer confirms in the game that they have read the pre-contract information and confirms the payment in the store.
4. Performance: the seller makes the product available to the buyer in the game as soon as the payment confirmation arrives.
5. Withdrawal and refunds: the rules in Section A, item 5 apply. The store's refund policy and section 7 of the Terms of Service remain unaffected.
6. Records: the seller keeps the records relating to the contract for the period required by law.
7. Applicable law: the law of the Republic of Türkiye; for disputes, Section A, item 7.

C. Jelly Club subscription contract

1. Ending the subscription (termination): you can end the subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. To do so, you can use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, on iPhone and iPad Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (in the game, Settings → My Account → Manage subscription), or write to us by e-mail. The method of ending the subscription is no more difficult than the method of subscribing.
2. If you cancel in the store, the subscription ends at the end of the month you paid for, and your benefits continue until then. If you want the subscription to end immediately, write to us: we will process the termination notice within 7 days at the latest, notify you in writing (by e-mail) that it has ended, and refund the unused part of the fee you paid within 15 days without any deduction.
3. Changes: the subscription terms and fee cannot be changed to your detriment during the current period. A change in the fee or benefits applies only from the next period and with prior notice; for store price increases, the store asks for your agreement where the law requires it. If you do not agree, the subscription ends at the end of the current period.
4. Payment problem: if a renewal payment cannot be collected, the store may give a short grace period or put the subscription on hold.
5. Consequences: when the subscription ends, the daily coins and the hourly ad-free passes stop; the Club looks you earned and the items you obtained with the benefits you used remain yours.
