Scope and operator
These terms cover access to the Slime Match development game and its optional online competition service, operated by CS MEDYA TICARET VE YAZILIM A.S, trading as CS Digital Games, Türkiye. This is a development release; it is not an offer of a finished service or a promise of availability. The separate website terms govern this site.
Online profiles
You choose whether to create an online guest profile. The in-game Create profile action accepts this version of the terms; the version and acceptance time are recorded. You can play offline without this profile. Choose a display name you are entitled to use, do not impersonate another person, and keep your session credentials private. The current guest identity is tied to the installation and has no email or Google account-recovery feature.
Fair play
Do not manipulate scores, submit fabricated results, misuse another person’s account, harass or impersonate other players, or disrupt the service. The service checks recorded moves and applies competition limits. Do not put contact details or other sensitive information in a public player name. Report account or fair-play concerns through Support.
Virtual items, ads and payments
Coins, lives and boosters are game features, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money through this development service. Real-money billing is not enabled. Test purchase labels are not live purchase offers. Rewards from optional ads are granted when the supported completion callback is received; availability can vary. Any future paid products will show the price and applicable purchase, cancellation and refund rules before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy and leaving the service
The game privacy notice and KVKK notice explain data handling. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising or optional processing. You can permanently delete your online account using the in-game controls or the web request route. Independent offline progress is retained unless you also remove local app data.
Changes and your rights
Development features can change. Significant changes affecting an existing account will be explained through the relevant product channels, with renewed acceptance where required. Nothing here excludes a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer and data-protection rights remain available to you.
